Day Break: the rising strike. 
 
Day break was piece I started grooving with and painted the others with it in mind. Upon reflection I see: Inbetween day and night, the thick clouds keep the two apart. At the top of every morning though, the sun pierces through this cloud until it pushes the night up and away for the day. The fuzzy warmth pixelates the darkness, and begins this series.
